7 FREQUENTLY ASKED WINDOW CLEANING QUESTIONS - SANTA CRUZ, CA.
Part of running a professional window cleaning business here in Santa Cruz Ca, is making sure our customers get adequate answer to any questions they may have. Below is a list of 7 frequently asked questions  regarding window cleaning.
1)- “WHAT DO YOU USE TO CLEAN WINDOWS?”
A:
“At Pure Light Window & Gutter Cleaning Service we use only the highest quality window cleaning products on the market, such as Unger and  Ettore. Our soaps are all environmentally safe non-toxic, bleach free and have been proven over a decade to produce unsurpassed quality. We clean every window completely on the inside and out, removing everything including overspray paint at no additional cost. We use high end sectional  Ladders that enable us to maneuver inside your home through even  the smallest spaces. All of  our products and tools are the leading industry standards that insure streak free sparkling windows with each cleaning.

2)-  “DO YOU CLEAN THE SCREENS AS WELL?”
A:
“Yes, with every cleaning we remove each screen cleaning both sides at no additional cost. Screens are always free with your window cleaning service.

3)- “CAN I HAVE JUST THE OUTSIDE OF MY WINDOWS CLEANED?”
A:
“Yes, you can choose to have only the outside of your windows cleaned, however, we recommend having both sides cleaned for best results. It is not uncommon to have as much dirt on the inside of the windows as the outside.

4)- “DO I NEED TO MOVE MY FURNATURE?”
A:
“No, we are able to work around most household objects so that moving them is not necessary. At the same time it is highly recommended that any “trinkets” or small object that are actually hanging on windows or sitting on window seals should be moved.

5)- “DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHILE MY WINDOWS ARE BEING CLEANED?”
A:
“If you wish to be home during your window cleaning service we are always happy to accommodate your schedule. However, it is not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. We always start on the inside, but after that you are free to lock up and go about your day as we finish up the outside.  It is very common for our regular customers to be absent during the cleaning process as private arrangements are made i.e. (Instructions, keys, codes, Etc.).  We understand that this is based on trust and integrity, of which we strive to maintain

6)-  “WHO DOES THE WORK, THE OWNER OR EMPLOYEES?”
A:
“Because Pure Light Window & Gutter Cleaning is family owned and owner operated, you will never see a paid employee. There are 2 reasons why this is so wonderful for the homeowner. First, the pride and quality of work produced by the owner verses a paid employee is unsurpassed. Secondly, you can rest knowing that you will always be dealing with the owner himself and he will be the only one in your home.

7)- “HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED?’
A:
“Most people will have their windows cleaned twice a year, Spring and Holidays.  Maintenance plans start at 3 times a year and are recommended for those in the Santa Cruz area living near the ocean.  At the same time it is totally up to the home owner to create a schedule that works best for them. Some have chosen bi-monthly cleaning but have only their view windows cleaned. Whatever works best for you, we are flexible and ready to accommodate your specific needs.
