Over the past two decades I have watched the entire professional window cleaning industry evolve and mature as new products, tools and equipment have emerged. Many of the new innovations, like the "Water Fed Pole" not only produce unsurpassed results but are truly life saving inventions. While the use of ladders is still very much a part of what we do, the circus act as seen in the image below is thankfully a thing of the past.
