Selling a home, graduation party, Christmas company, bridal showers, birthday parties, any event that reminds them that their windows need washing. Personally, I think this is great and very appropriate considering how important many of these event can be. Now, considering weather patterns here in Santa Cruz. It is my opinion that the absolute best time of the year to have your windows washed is June.
